When I use AI to write code, the relevant parts of your project are sent to an AI model through a model gateway, which routes the request to a model provider. I do not send credentials, API keys or production data: secrets are set by me manually in environment files, and the AI only tells me where they belong, and my tools are configured not to read them. If your company policy requires a specific model or provider, I can switch, which may adjust the price. Tell me your requirements before we start, and I will confirm in writing which tools and providers touch your code.
